Peter Naumann’s new poetry book Winter Count enjoyed 2 highly successful launch events in June. One at The Mill Arts Centre, Banbury and one Foyles Bookshop in Bristol. Both were unusually well attended and many books were sold. As a result it is highly likely that we will be releasing Winter Count in the not too distant future in a 2nd edition as a paperback.
Below are some photographs of these events.
We are convinced that before too long Peter is going to become a household name among lovers of contemporary poetry and we are proud to be playing a part in this process.
The Mill Arts Centre -Banbury
Before the reading: visitors admire Starborn’s growing selection of publications.
The personal touch: Peter signs books for his first buyers and readers of his beautiful new hardback book.
Peter’s wry sense of humour brings many a smile to the audiences faces.
Among the audience are Peter’s proud parents. Peter’s mother, Anuk Nauman painted the beautiful cover for this book.
Foyles Bookshop – Bristol
Starborn books wishes to express it’s gratitude to Foyles Bookshop in Bristol at Cabot Circus for letting us use the spacious upstairs of their bookshop for Peter’s dfpresentation and for the warm, patient and helpful reception that we recieved from the staff on this occasion.
